The process:
Initial no-cost consultation
You email me a brief description of your project, including the word count (if relevant), the service you need, and your deadline.
I contact you by email to discuss the details. This might include a phone call or video chat to help me understand your needs and what I can do to help.
Cost estimate
When the details of the project are confirmed, I will email you a cost estimate for your project along with an expected time frame, tailored to meet your deadline.
I get to work
If you agree to the project terms and confirm that you want to proceed, you email me your file(s) and I get to work.
When I have completed the work, I email you the new file(s) and an invoice for payment.
If aspects of my work need clarification, I offer a no-cost follow-up communication to answer questions.
Repeated edits of files/documents beyond the initial follow-up will incur additional charges at the hourly or per-word rate, whichever is applicable.
